Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Service Overview

Clean Cans Plus provides residential trash can cleaning services. Our eco-friendly process includes high-pressure washing, deodorizing, and sanitizing of standard household trash and recycling bins.

2. Service Scheduling

  • Trash and recycling bins must be empty and placed at the curb or driveway by 8:00 AM on your scheduled cleaning day.

  • We make every effort to arrive as scheduled, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or route changes.

  • If bins are not accessible or still full at time of service, a missed service fee of $10 may apply.

3. Access Requirements

  • Bins must be clearly visible and easily accessible from the street.

  • We do not access gated areas, backyards, or garages unless arrangements have been made in advance.

4. Plans & Pricing

  • Service plans start at $32.99 per month for one bin.

  • Additional cans are $14.99 each.

  • Monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly subscriptions are available and auto-renew unless canceled in advance.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due at booking or automatically billed for subscription plans.

  • A 25% deposit is required for custom or multi-home contracts.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed cleanings or customer no-shows.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To avoid fees, cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a $10 fee.

7. Damage Policy

  • Clean Cans Plus is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins (cracks, age-related brittleness, etc.).

  • Our equipment is safe for standard residential bins in good condition.

8. Service Limitations

  • While we do our best to remove odors and buildup, some stains or smells may remain in older or heavily damaged bins.

  • We do not clean cans containing hazardous materials, sharp objects, chemicals, or animal waste.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure trash has been collected before our arrival.

  • Ongoing missed services due to inaccessible bins may result in suspended service without refund.
