Clean Cans Plus – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Section Title

❓ How does Clean Cans Plus work?

We arrive on your scheduled service day to professionally clean, sanitize, and deodorize your trash and recycling bins using eco-friendly, high-pressure cleaning equipment. Your cans are left clean, fresh, and ready to use.

❓ Do I need to be home during service?

No! As long as your bins are placed curbside or in a clearly visible location by 8:00 AM, we’ll handle the rest. Just make sure they are emptied and accessible.

❓ What if my bins are still full on the service day?

If your bins haven’t been emptied by your waste company or are otherwise inaccessible, we may skip the service and charge a $10 missed service fee. You can reschedule for an additional fee.

❓ What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can cancel or reschedule anytime. Just make sure it’s at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $10 short-notice fee.

❓ How much does it cost?

Plans start at $32.99 per month for one bin. Each additional bin is $14.99. You can choose from monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly plans, and one-time cleanings are also available.

❓ Do you clean both trash and recycling cans?

Yes, we clean both types — just make sure to select the number of bins when you book.

❓ What areas do you service?

We service Las Vegas and surrounding areas, including select ZIP codes with accessible houses and townhomes. (Apartments and gated complexes may be limited — contact us to confirm.)

❓ What kind of bins can you clean?

We clean standard residential plastic trash and recycling bins typically provided by your waste company. We don’t clean metal cans, commercial dumpsters, or bins with hazardous waste.

❓ Is it safe for the environment?

Yes! Our system is 100% eco-friendly. We use high-pressure water with no harsh chemicals, and all dirty water is responsibly collected and disposed of.

Dirty trash cans do more than just smell bad- they can pose serious health and hygiene risks. Over time, leftover food, spills, and waste residue build up inside your bins, creating the perfect environment for bacteria, maggots, mold, and harmful germs to thrive. These conditions can attract pests like flies, rodents, and raccoons, while also spreading foul odors throughout your yard or garage.

Regular professional cleaning not only eliminates these smells but also sanitizes your bins, helping to prevent the spread of disease and keeping your home environment healthier. With Clean Cans, you get high-powered, eco-friendly cleaning that leaves your bins looking and smelling like new—because your family deserves a cleaner, safer space.
