Refund Policy
At Clean Cans Plus, customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of our service, certain limitations apply to refunds and credits. Please read the policy below carefully.
1. Completed Services
Refunds are not issued for completed cleanings. Once our team has performed a scheduled service, payment is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Missed or Inaccessible Bins
If your bins are:

Not emptied by trash collection,

Not placed at the curb or accessible by 8:00 AM,

Blocked behind locked gates, vehicles, or obstructions,
Your appointment will be marked as a missed service, and a $10 missed service fee may apply. In such cases, no refund will be provided. However, you may reschedule for an additional fee.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $10 cancellation fee, and the remainder may be credited to your account.
4. Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has started, no refund will be issued for that cycle, but services will continue until the end of the paid period.

Future billing will be paused or canceled upon request.
5. Service Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We may offer to return and re-clean at no additional charge, at our discretion.
6. Deposits
All deposits for bulk or custom service agreements (25% upfront) are non-refundable once scheduling or equipment allocation has begun.
